Refunds
We're confident you'll love your lead, but if it's not for you, that's absolutely fine. Return it to us within 30 days in unused, as-new condition and when it arrives we will refund you in full, no awkward questions asked. We'd just ask that you cover the return postage in that case.
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, that's a different matter entirely, get in touch within 14 days and we'll sort it straight away, return postage included. Anything that leaves our workshop below standard comes back at our expense.
Custom orders are a little different, because they're made specifically for you, we can't accept returns unless there's a fault on our end. Please take a moment to check your details before you confirm.
Guarantee
All leads are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. This covers failure of stitching, hardware, rope integrity, and heat shrink seals during regular use as a dog lead.
The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from chewing, misuse, modification, or use for any purpose other than that for which the lead was designed.
If you believe your lead has failed under normal use, contact us directly and we'll assess and resolve it promptly, usually with a repair or replacement at no charge.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. If something isn't right, just get in touch.
