Free shipping on every order

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no extra cost - no minimum spend, no exceptions.

Order confirmed

You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away. For custom orders, this is when production begins.

Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24

Your lead will be dispatched the same or next working day. You'll receive a dispatch email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivered — typically next working day after dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail but are met the vast majority of the time.

UK delivery

We ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 covers the whole of the UK, though deliveries to more remote locations such as the Highlands and Islands will incur extra charges and may occasionally take an additional day.

Delivery timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed. Please allow for production time before dispatch.

International orders

We are happy to ship internationally. Please contact us if you want international delivery.

Delivery costs and timescales for orders outside the UK will need to be calculated and confirmed before you confirm your purchase.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be applied by their country's authorities. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the order price or shipping cost.

If you have a question about shipping to a specific country, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Tracking your order

All orders are sent with a Royal Mail tracking number, which will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and any safe places first, then contact us and we'll raise an enquiry with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Lost or delayed orders

Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date for UK orders. If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please contact us and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including Royal Mail service disruptions, severe weather, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at the time of order. Please double-check your address carefully before confirming your purchase.
